I grew up at the library.  I was there every Saturday morning checking out piles of books. When I was in high school I worked at the library and read everything I could.  My “to be read” pile continues to grow today. Books always take me somewhere special. Now I love reading or listening to the latest and greatest books. My favorite genres are fiction, mysteries and biographies.  I love books with strong women characters or books by fabulous female authors.  I particularly appreciate women characters that  are empowered and make a difference by overcoming adversity.
